Hello Good Folks,

Sunny San Diego is where me and my family visited this weekend for a small family vacay since our Hawaii trip got cancelled :(. It was alot of fun and plenty of laughs. The weather was perfect. We got to walk around the Gaslamp District for a while and watched the UFC fight at Hooters (still can't believe Griffin got his ass whooped like he did, Congrats to Silva though). The next day we hit up the San Diego Zoo too see all the animals and what not. All in all it was really fun and it was good to spend time with my family for once this summer. And if ya'll are reading this... Love you.

This past weekend I revisited the BAY AREA!!!!!!!!!!! San Francisco to be exact for a small vacation with Darnell, Laura, James, Joe, and George to party it up one night and then the next day to get all grown and go wine tasting at Sterling Vineyards. Of course, I had to make a run to the Black Scale store. All in all, it was a really fun trip and alot of funny and "extreme" memories lol

this past weekend I was in Lake Arrowhead with my fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi. The house was amazing, the lake was beautiful, the memories were CRAZY! You stuff around 40 college students in one big house and a lake... there's bound to be good times! Now, me being the Historian this semester I took a gang of pictures (450+) for this trip. There are a ton more, but these are some of the best ones. We did get some work done of course, but the party time was definitely the highlight for me! Thanks to all the brothers of DSP that came out and had fun. Enjoy the pics!

This past weekend I was in SF with the homie Tony Tones for the Black Scale PopUp Store Opening. We had a crazy dope time! Shout out to Mega, Alfred, and the whole Black Scale familia for showing us such a great time out there!

Black Scale completely took over the whole city!!!!!!! It was bananas every single night. We were in full RAGE mode all weekend!!!!!

hahaha I was gettin' it in like a ghetto Carlton according to Mega lol

Hahahahahahahaha... just looking back on this crazy ass trip all I can do is laugh

I don't wanna post a huge story behind everything that happened but I will say this is by far The Best Trip I've Ever Made!!!!!!!

Pretty much what went down is that we were all gonna go down to Vegas to celebrate the DSP seniors that graduated and Inna's 21st Bday. It was last minute, but I got permission from my dad to borrow the house in Vegas for the weekend with some of the brothers of DSP. Long story short, there were about 33 (yes 33!) people that spent at least one night at the house during that weekend.

I'm back on my BS and on Spring Break! Woooooooooo! haha

Last night, I was fortunate enough to attend my big homie Diz Gibran's listening party for his debut album Soon You'll Understand at the Crooks n Castles flagship store. It was a really dope event that was full of great people, great drinks, and Great MUSIC! Shoutout to everyone that attended. Afterwards, me and Tony Tones hit up Pink's Hot Dogs. Now, I had never been there before and wasn't to excited about standing in line for 45 mins but the dogs were really, really good. I feel like its gonna be hurting me later on though lol

I wanna say a big Congrats to Diz Gibran and his producer Moonshine! The album is definitely a gem. Amazing work!

This past Sunday the Beta Mu Pledge Class had their community service event at the Getty Museum. We got matched up with and took under-privileged kids around the museum. It was a great event. Not only did the kids learn alot about different art, but we learned some new stuff too! The kids really enjoyed it and so did the rest of us. Great job Beta Mu's!

This weekend was crazy FUN!

Started on Saturday with hittin' up Venice and LA with the homie Tony Tones. Picked up some tees at Rogue Status. Shout out to Anwar! Drove all over LA lookin' for something to wear for the night (long story). Then that afternoon I went to the ice skating fundraiser by the Beta Mu Pledge Class (great job guys!). I haven't been ice skating in a long time so it was good to be out there even though I was like one of the two black people on the ice. lol

Immediately following me and the Brothers of DSP went to the Green Party in City of Industry! Woooooooo! It was definitely crackin' in there but too damn hot! After that we hit up Denny's. Didn't get home till 5 in the mornin!

Today was Delta Sigma Pi's first community service event for Spring 09. Our community service was creek restoration down in Calabasas. Basically, what we did is we met with Heal the Bay to get together and weed out non-native plants and plant some native plants to help with the environment and all that. It doesn't seem all that great, but it was alot of fun helpin' out and doing something good for the community. Well anyway here are some pics from the event...

These are the pics from this past weekend. Friday I went down to Long Beach to spend quality time with my gf, Tiffany. Then Saturday, Me and Tiff hit up Fairfax and went to the SLB sale. Picked up a Homeroom cardigan. (Good lookin' Carter!) After that, we went up to Mega's to meet up with Tones. Come to find out the whole crew was there. Mega, Tones, Thomas W, Sean, Diz Gibran, and a bunch of others (can't remember all the names). Had some BBQ, took some photos, picked up the B Logo thermal hoody, and watched Bully (crazy ass movie). Always good kickin' it with the homies! Thennnnnn, after all that we went to meet up with my brothers of DSP to watch the UFC fight. (GSP whooped ass!) Super Sunday was dope! Kicked it with Jummy and her fam and friends. Had a great time... sorry for no pics.

I'll admit it's hella busy, but been REALLY Fun so far!!!!

Today was the Inauguration of our first Black President into the White House, Barack Obama.

This not only signifies a new beginning for our country, but to me it symbolizes how far we've really come. If you were to tell me a few years ago that a black man would be President of the United States... in all honestly I'd think you were crazy. lol. But, today it finally really hit me how monumental this is. I'll be honest... I don't agree with everything, but the very fact that someone just like me could be President makes me feel like I can do anything. No limitations. No excuses. Anything.

Busy day yesterday... Me and Darnell left my crib in the early afternoon to take him home from our fun night at Little Rock and Hola (I still can't Salsa yet lol). My moms exact words were, "You need to take care of yourself, you need to get your car washed." So like the good son I am I took heed to the words. haha Before I dropped Darnell off, we stopped by the carwash and Jack in the Box.

We got to his crib and we kicked it for a few. Darnell needed to go look at apartments and since I had no plans I tagged along and drove. (Note to self: Stop driving all the damn time.)

After that, Mega hit me up to come through to the crib. His crib is ridiculous by the way. Love the LA city feel of it and plus an awesome view. Tones, Fresh, Chris of Alife was there also.
